You keep your stories and profiles - they don't disappear. You just can't generate NEW stories until you resubscribe (or use your 3 free stories). All your saved favorites stay forever.

Every story features your child by name as the main character. We weave in their: • Age and pronouns • Interests (dinosaurs, space, princesses, etc.) • Favorite animals • Friends' names • Pet's name and type • Story tone preferences (silly, adventurous, calming, etc.) The more you tell us, the better the stories get!

Absolutely! Add friends' and family members' names to the profile. They'll appear as supporting characters in stories. It's a huge hit with kids - 'Mom, Grandma was in my story!'

Just update their profile! Kids go through phases - dinosaurs this month, unicorns next month. Edit anytime and future stories will reflect the changes.

Not automatically yet, but we're working on it! For now, each story is standalone but uses the same characters and world. Think of it like episodic TV vs. a serial.

Yes! We use age-specific prompts and guardrails: • Ages 3-5: Simple language, gentle themes, no scary elements • Ages 6-8: More adventure, problem-solving, still very safe • Ages 9-12: Complex plots, character development, mild challenges You can also specify themes to AVOID (like monsters, death, etc.)

We've built multiple layers of protection: • Age-appropriate AI prompts • Content filtering and moderation • Banned word lists • Theme restrictions you control That said, AI isn't perfect. If you ever get a story that doesn't feel right, just delete it and generate a new one. Report any issues and we fix them immediately.

We use high-quality AI text-to-speech (not a robotic voice - think professional audiobook quality). It's consistent, clear, and perfect for bedtime. No human narrators means instant delivery!

Yes! Stories are saved to your dashboard. You can read the full text and listen to the audio before sharing it with your child.

Most stories are 500-800 words, which is about 4-6 minutes of audio. Perfect bedtime length - long enough to be engaging, short enough to finish before they fall asleep!

Currently, audio plays in your browser. Download functionality is coming soon! For now, you can bookmark stories and replay them anytime.

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime through your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

We use Stripe, so any major credit or debit card. Stripe is used by millions of businesses - your payment info is secure and never touches our servers.

We don't offer refunds, but we do offer 3 free stories so you can try before you buy. If you have an issue, contact us - we'll work something out.

Only what's needed for the service: • Your email (for login) • Your child's first name, age, and interests (for stories) • Story history (so you can re-read favorites) We don't sell data. We don't show ads. We don't do anything creepy.

Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and only used to generate stories. We comply with privacy laws and take child safety seriously.

Absolutely. Contact us and we'll delete everything - account, profiles, stories, all of it. No questions asked.

Story generation usually takes 10-20 seconds. If it's taking longer than a minute, refresh the page and try again. We're working on making this faster!

Make sure your device isn't on silent mode and volume is up. If it still doesn't work, try refreshing the page. Contact us if the problem persists.

Edit your child's profile and update the 'Story Tone' setting (silly, adventurous, calming, magical, or educational). Future stories will match the new tone!

Not currently - but this is a feature we're considering! For now, if you don't like a story, just generate a new one.
